5) Osiel Cárdenas Guillén
Guillén took control of the Gulf Cartel in Mexico after killing his mentor, from that day on he was known as the "friend killer." He was eventually arrested in 2003. He was a former Mexican drug lord and the former leader behind Los Zetas and the Gulf Cartel. He was eventually sentenced to 25 years and was forced to pay out $50 million.
